Sarah Sharon (Sobel) was born in Jerusalem in 1995 to a religious family. At the age of 21, she moved to the Hula Valley in northern Israel, and left the religion.

 

Today she lives in Kibbutz Kfar Szold, married to Tal and mother to Neta (2), and explores her life through 2D. She is a graduate of the Tel-Hai Institute of Arts in the Department of Plastic Arts, and a student of Olga Kundina, a member of the New Barbizon Group.

 

Sarah is characterized by her work in a figurative-expressionist style, depicting the world around her in painting along with a wink and social criticism.
